DELIVERY TIME

At EMOLF, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time (after dispatch) is 2–4 working days for major cities across Pakistan. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

  • Please ensure you’re available on the provided contact number for seamless coordination with our delivery team.

  • Delivery timelines depend on product availability and order confirmation.

  • During sale periods, order processing and delivery may experience delays due to high demand.

Note: For secure delivery, we recommend shipping orders to your personal address. EMOLF will not be responsible for any loss or damage to orders delivered to self-pickup points (e.g., courier offices).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Prepaid Orders: You may cancel within 8 hours of placing your order. Refunds will be issued as store credit/credit vouchers.

  • Processed Orders: Once your order status changes to “In Process”, cancellations or refunds cannot be accommodated

CARD PAYMENTS & SECURITY

EMOLF ensures a safe shopping experience. In rare cases, we may require payment verification (via call/email) to confirm transactions, as per banking protocols to prevent fraud.

  • Orders may be canceled if payment is declined by your bank.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Pakistan: Flat rate of Rs. 200 per order.

  • International: We are currently unable to provide international shipping services. At this time, we only deliver to domestic addresses.
